When temperatures drop, they seek shelter and proceed to hibernation. Their life span is up to 8 weeks.

But, has it happened to you that they bite you even in winter?

This happens because even if mosquitoes don’t survive below 10 degrees, they can still bite you. They just have to be in a warm space like a house interior with heating and running water.

So, yes, even in winter you have to protect yourself from the mosquito bite that may be sheltered at home, work or common areas with an environment where they can survive.
